Drashti Dhami is a famous Indian television actress and model. She made her debut with the music video, “Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re”. She shot to fame for playing the lead character of Geet in the show Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi which proved to be a turning point in her career. She was seen in Zee TV’s daily soap Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani which airs on Zee Tv. Currently, she is seen in Star Plus’ daily soap Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil.
Drashti Dhami was born on January 10, 1985 in Mumbai, India. She comes from a conservative Gujarati family. She has completed her schooling from St.Immaculate Girl’s High School in Borivali after that opted for a degree in Sociology from Mithibai College, Mumbai.
Television beauty Drashti Dhami is soon to feature in a short film based on demonetisation. It is produced by Aarti Purie who was Drashti’s co star from the show Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. In this 20 minute short film, Drashti will essay a grey role as gangster’s moll.
After the courtship of almost six years, Drashti Dhami has finally tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Neeraj Khemka. The wedding was held on February 21, 2016. Neeraj is an NRI businessman who has shifted base to Mumbai.
