Sreejita De was born 19 July 1989 in Haldia, West Bengal, India, is an Indian Actress who appears in Bollywood films and television shows, She has done her graduation in Mass Media from Ruia College. made her debut with the soap opera Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2007), She is mainly recognised for her role of Mukkta in the popular daily soap Uttaran on colors. She was last seen in the daily soap Piya Rangrezz which aired on Life Ok. Currently, she is seen in Star Plus’ show Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hain.
Sreejita De has always wished to become a journalist. Her very good friend used to work for Balaji Telefilms and asked her to come down for auditions for a small role in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Luckily, she got selected and started her acting journey. She has shared screen space with Akshay Kumar in the film Tashan.
