Maithili Thakur is a 17 year old Rising Star from Mithila, Bihar. She is a beautiful singer and her classical singing has won her a lot of fans in Bihar across the country ever since she participated in the show Rising Star (Season 1) where she was the first runner up. Maithili Thakur rose to great popularity after the show Rising Star and has by now performed in over 500 shows. She has won awards from All India Radio in classical singing.
