Manit Joura was born into a Punjabi family in Delhi. He has a younger sister named Kanika Jaura and a brother named Himanshu Jaura. He always wanted to be an actor. He has participated in several school plays and debates. After completing his studies, he joined a professional theater group and has been a part of several plays. He has trained himself in Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Parkour, Horse Riding, Swimming, Automotive Stunts, Aiming and Sword Fighting, and is a proficient gymnast.
Manit Joura is an Indian actor who works in television and movies. He made his Bollywood debut with Yash Raj Films’ romantic comedy Band Baaja Baaraat in 2010 and was also seen in the flick Love Shagun. His prominent brand, which made him popular over the small screen include Godrej Hair Color. He then got the chance of doing a couple of TV series, which started with the reality dance show called Aaja Mahi Ve and 12/24 Karol Bagh and the Preet Se Bandhi Dori Ram Milaaye Jodi. He has also been part of many popular television shows.
Currently, he is seen in Kundali Bhagya which airs on Zee Tv. Zee TV has started a spin-off titled ‘Kundali Bhagya’ for the popular show Kumkum Bhagya. The show revolves around the lives of the two estranged sisters of Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Bulbul – Srishti Raghuvir Arora and Preeta Raghuvir Arora. Manit is playing the role of Rishabh Luthra in the series which also stars Dheeraj Dhooper, Shraddha Arya and Anjum Fakih in the lead roles.
