Tota Roy Chowdhury is an Indian actor and martial artist who predominantly works in Bengali cinema. He was born on July 9, 1976 in Kolkata, India. He started to appear on screen in the year 1996, portraying a significant role on “Lathi”. An alumnus of Goethals Memorial School, Kurseong. He was brought up in strict discipline by the Irish-Catholic brothers. He represented his school in football, basketball and athletics. In his final year, he won the schools Best Athlete shield. He graduated from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata.
The Bengali actor is known to be a really good martial artist. He is in fact a black belter in Tae Kwon Do, so it’s not surprising to find out how fit and ripped his physique is. According to him in an interview, he always spends time working out. In fact, he is usually seen at the gym six times a week, doing weight lifting and walking and running on a treadmill. He also does skipping, cycling, and stretching.
