Pooja Kanwal is an Indian television actress. She was born on 24 January 1982 in Mumbai, India to a single mother named Anita Kanwal, who is an actress and producer of the film world. Pooja is very much proud of her mother and respect most.she made her debut with the film Uuf Kya Jadoo Mohabbat Hai by Rajashri Film. Her most popular show is Palampur Express as Pawni. Her other films and shows are Jawani Zindabad, Seven O’ Clock, Thirupathietc and Sasural Genda Ful, Na Bole Tum… Na Maine Kuch Kaha etc. Besides Hindi, she appeared in Tamil, Kannada, Pakistani films also. Pooja Kanwal got married to Avinash Mehtani on 6 November 2009. Now they have a sweet baby girl named Avika Mehtani.
