Ruhi Singh is an Indian actress and former Miss India popularly known to Bollywood fans for her role in Madhur Bhandarkar film Calendar Girls. She began her career wanting to be a singer but took to modelling and in 2011 participated in Femina Miss India where she finished as the first runner up. She went on to represent India in the Miss United Nations event. In 2014 she was selected as the Top 25 most desirable women by Times Of India.
Ruhi Singh got her big Bollywood break thanks to director Madhur Bhandarkar who was impressed by her documentary, The world before her. Calendar Girls released in India in 2015. Ruhi Singh continues to work in Hindi and Tamil film industry and is trying to establish her presence as a star. She has done a web series Spotlight.
