Tena Desai is an Indian film actress known for her works in Bollywood. She was born on 24 February 1987 in Bangalore to a Gujarati father and Telugu mother. She is a graduate in business management with specialisation in finance from NIMIS college. Tena first came into the limelight when she participated in the reality show Get Gorgeous. She debuted with the movie “Yeh Faasley”. Though she did not win the contest but was offered a contract with Elite Model India Management Private Limited. She has been modeling since 2007. She has featured in over 100 commercials. After her debut film, she began making waves in the film industry and soon has bagged her first Hollywood movie “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel”. She also featured in the 2012 Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar.
