Kannada superstar was born in Hassan as Naveen Kumar Gowda on 8 January 1986 and his age is 32 years. He is 6Ft2″ or 1.88 meter tall and weighs 75 kg 165 lb. His movie debut happened with the movie Jambada Hudugi in 2007. His upcoming movie is the much hyped KGF which releases in Christmas.

He studied at Mahajana High School, in Mysore and is the son of BMTC employee. He has one sister. During college he came in contact with Benaka drama team and began acting with shows like Jokumaaraswamy, Kattale belaku, Tabarana Kathe and more. He appeared in TV Serials before becoming full fledged hero in Kannada cinema.
