Joel Kinnaman is a swedish-American Hollywood star who stars the lead role in Netflix web series, Altered carbon. Standing at height of 1.89 metres, Joel Kinnaman is a tall star whom you may have seen in the popular political drama series House of Cards. He plays the role of Will Conway, Republican Governor of New York and Nominee for President of the United States running against Frank Underwood.
Joel Kinnaman began his career as a child artist in the drama series Storstad. His Hollywood movie debut happened in 2012 when he was selected to play the lead role in the movie Robocop. He has since starred in the popular Tv series House of cards and also featured in DC comics Gangster Squad.
He has said that he was shortlisted for the lead role of Thor and Mad Max but lost the movie at the last stage as he could not fly down to New York for further auditions. he also said the director wanted a slightly older looking guy for the movie Mad Max.
