Vijay Mourya is a indian actor,Writer and Director,who was born 1 september 1972 in Mumbai.Vijay Maurya is best known for his work in the Hindi and Marathi film industries.Maurya has acted in critically acclaimed movies like Nishikanth Kamath’s Mumbai Meri Jaan& Anurag Kashyap’s Black Friday. He is also a screenplay writer and has won a National film award for the best original screenplay for writers for the movie Chillar Party along with Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bhal at the 59th National Film Awards.His 2007 play Sa Hi Besura, which was first performed in 2007, is still running successful shows across the city. While he is an established theatre actor, he made his foray into the film industry with Ram Gopal Verma’s Satya in 1998, following which he has been a part of critically acclaimed movies such as Black Friday, Socha Na Tha, and Mumbai Meri Jaan.
