Afreen Group is a group of 12 talented singers who always get the best compliments from judge Shankar Mahdevan. Afreen Group do not just sing the same song but the add their own music and variations to it and it is this arrangement that has won them several fans all over the world. The group comprises of youngsters of age group 21-28 years from Jalandhar, Punjab and they are led wonderfully by Sanjana Bhola.
Sanjana Bhola is the only female member of their group and she is the leader of Afreen Group. She was earlier seen in singing reality show The Voice. Sanjana Bhola and her friends hope that Rising Star will give them a platform to end their problems.
