Gurmeet Choudhary was born as Gurmeet Sitaram Choudhary on 22 February, 1984. He has an army background as his father Mr. Sitaram Choudhary, was in the army. Hence, he got to stay in many different parts of India. However, he was born in Chandigarh and was brought up majorly in Jabalpur and Chennai. Most of his education is completed in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. He was fond of acting since childhood and has acted in many school plays. He has won Mr. Jabalpur title and also participated in Mr. India contest. At the age of 18, he joined a theatre in Jabalpur and tried really hard for almost 5 years to reach peak.
Gurmeet Sitaram Choudhary is an Indian actor and model. He has also done few music videos. He was the winner of Jhalak Dikhlaja season 5, 2012. He made his bollywood debut with Mahesh Bhatt’s film Khamoshiyan alongwith actors Ali Fazal and Sapna Pabbi. He was seen in the movie Wajah Tum Ho.
As per the reports, Gurmeet Choudhary has bagged an upcoming Indonesian limited TV series. The makers have met Gurmeet to discuss the concept of the show. Talk is that. the actor has liked the concept and will soon be flying to Indonesia for further developments.
