Krissann Barretto was born on 3 October 1991, in Mumbai, India. She has done her early education at the Apostolic Carmel High School in Bandra and Graduation from St. Xaviers College in Mumbai. She also joined the Government Law College for higher studies but dropped out to pursue a career in acting.

She will have an important character to portray where she will be playing Simar’s (Keerti Kelkar) daughter, Sanjana. Playing Sanjana, Krissan will portray a silent and quiet girl by nature who will be the same because of dwelling in an unceremonious past.
