She was part of several commercial successes such as Aashiq Awara, Waqt Hamara Hai, Krantiveer, Karan Arjun, Sabse Bada Khiladi, Baazi, China.She was born at 20 April 1972 in Mumbai,India.In June 2016, the Thane Police named Kulkarni as one of the accused involved in supplying ephedrine for illicit manufacture of methamphetamine to a ₹2000 crore international drug racket and gangster, intended for trafficking.In the blockbuster Karan Arjun , directed by Rakesh Roshan, Kulkarni starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. She quit Bollywood after her appearance in the film Kabhie Tum Kabhie Hum.

	• Rajkumar Santoshi took her in the film China Gate, but due to some issues wanted to drop her. But due to the underworld threatening calls, he had to continue with her.
