Neha Mahajan is an Indian film actress, and model known for her works in Marathi cinema, Marathi theatre, and Malayalam cinema. Mahajan made her Bollywood debut in a lead role in 2012’s Midnight’s Children directed by Deepa Mehta based on the book by Salman Rushdie.
Neha Mahajan’s family includes her parents – Her father Vidur Mahajan is a famous Sitar Player and her mother’s name is Aparna Mahajan. For her education, she finished her Masters in Philosophy from the University of Pune. Additionally, she has trained as an actor from Trimble Tech High School, Texas, USA. A performer in various languages, she has done nataks and movies in Marathi, English, Hindi and Oriya languages. She is also a classical sitar player, which she learned during her childhood. Her debut movie was Bewaqt Baarish, followed by the Midnights Children with famous director Deepa Mehta. She has also won the Popular Child Artiste Award constituted by the Akhil Bharatiya Natya Parishad. In 2016, she played the role of Urvashi in the movie One Way Ticket.
