Shweta Gulati was born on 29 May, 1979 in Mumbai, India. Before entering into television industry, she has done several commercial ads. After her debut show “Shagun”, she went on to play a boyish girl Tara in the youth show “Kyun Hota Hain Pyarr”.
Shweta Gulati is an Indian television actress best known for her role of Tia Ahuja in Remix. She has started her acting career with the serial “Shagun”. She has also hosted a reality dance show “Zara Nachke Dikha”, alongside Karan Singh Grover. Her first theatre play was “KKK…Kiran”. She was last seen in Frames Productions’ serial ‘Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai’.
Sony Entertainment Television’s mythological drama Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman will have another interesting story. Shweta Gulati will be seen playing the role of Goddess Maya. She said, “It’s a cameo, I’m playing Goddess Maya who is one of Parvati’s roots. Maya comes with a purpose. Her motto is to prove everyone that ‘Ram se bada Ram ka naam hoga’. She will create situations that will help her prove what she wants.”
