Ram Kapoor was born on 1 September 1973 into a wealthy Punjabi Khatri family. His family moved to Mumbai soon after his birth. He attended Scottish High School in Mumbai. He has spent some years at Sherwood College, a well-known boarding school in Nainital. Under the direction of Amir Raza Hussein, he found his career path and realized his love for acting. After his 10th board exams, he further studied at Kodaikanal International School.
Ram Kapoor is an Indian television and film actor. He was noted particularly for his portrayal of ‘Jai Walia’ in ‘Kasamh Se’ and the role of ‘Ram Kapoor’ in ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’. He is the only actor who has won Indian Telly Awards for best actor consecutively for 3 years in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He was seen in the daily series Tamanna. He was last seen in the movie Baar Baar Dekho. He is seen in a web-series called Karle Tu Bhi Mohabbat.
The popular television co-stars Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar is set to come up with season 2 of ‘Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat’. The shooting has already begun and will go on air in the month of July.
