Varun Badola was born on 7 January 1974 in New Delhi. His father Vishwa Mohan Badola is well known artist. He has 2 elder sisters Alka and Kalindi. Alka is an actress and Kalindi is a radio jockey. Varun has spent his childhood in Ahmedabad. He did his schooling from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in New Delhi. He is a huge cricket fan and has voluntarily played and won many charity cricket matches organised by Indian Telly Academy.
Varun Badola is an Indian actor popular on small screen. He has acted in many Hindi TV dramas and is well known for playing the character of a mentally-disabled person in the show Koshish on Zee TV. He is an accomplished singer and dancer, who has shown his talent on various television reality show. He was last seen as Thakur Vikram Singh in Zee TV’s popular show Phir Subah Hogi. Currently he is seen in Mere Angne Mein on Star Plus.
Varun has started his acting career with Balaji Telefilms’s superhit show Koshish on Zee TV. He has also worked with Tigmanshu Dhulia as an Assistant Director and costume arranger in his early days. Even today, he writes scripts for his shows and directs it. He has written dialogues for Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein and Astitva…Ek Prem Kahani. He has also participated in the Celebrity Cricket League as a member of the team, Mumbai Heroes, as an all-rounder.
