Ankit Gera was born on 1st September 1987 in Delhi, India. He has passion of acting from his childhood days and always want to become a actor. Ankit Gera is an Indian television actor. He has also participated in school drama play when it happened. He has completed his schooling and college education from Delhi. After completing his education he moved to mumbai to try his luck in entertainment industry. Later he started to give audition and was selected as a actor in TV serial “Mahi Way” from where his career begin to shine. He has later worked in TV serial like Mann Kee Aawaaz Pratigya, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and Maharakshak: Devi.
Ankit Gera was seen as one of the contestant in Bigg Boss 9 ‘Double Trouble’ and was paired with Singer Arvind Nageda. The show is hosted by Salman Khan. He was seen as the villain named Bhasma in action based series Maharakshak: Devi which aired on Zee Tv.
He shot to fame for playing the role of Mayank Garg in Zee Tv’s popular serial Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke which also starred Roopal Tyagi and Mahima Makwana.
